Strong Women

Per Session Drop-in Rate: $6, Member Rate $4

Developed by Tufts University, this program uses research-proven strength training exercises combined with short bursts of cardio exercises to increase heart rate and burn calories. This class is open to both men and women with a moderate level of fitness.
